Andrew Ravits

Andrew Ravits is an associate in OlenderFeldman’s Corporate/M&A practice group.

Andrew represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including general corporate counseling, corporate governance, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture. He has additional experience in legal compliance, capital markets, private client matters, negotiating contracts and securitization. Prior to joining OlenderFeldman Andrew was a corporate associate at several multinational law firms.

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, his Master’s from the University of Alaska Southeast and his B.A. from Colorado College. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
