Nathaniel Johnson

Nathaniel focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, private placements, and commercial transactions, with particular depth in pharmaceutical and life sciences, software and technology, and consumer products. Before joining the firm, he served as a Corporate Legal and Compliance Consultant at Lazard and previously supported M&A, corporate governance, and securities compliance at Ginkgo Bioworks, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Nathaniel earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University. He is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
