Timothy J. Kolankowski

Timothy “Tim” J. Kolankowski is an Associate in the Corporate practice group of OlenderFeldman LLP. Tim joined the Firm in 2026.

Prior to joining the Firm, Tim worked as a corporate associate for an international law firm where he represented parties involved in sophisticated equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital matters, and ongoing public company reporting matters. During law school, Tim was a student advocate in the Boston University School of Law Startup Law Clinic where he provided pro bono counsel to early-stage student-led business ventures. Previously, Tim was also a corporate counsel extern with Fidelity Investments and an honors legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science, high honor, in Finance with a minor in Pre-Law & Public Policy from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2020, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2023. While at Boston University, Tim served as an Executive Notes Editor for the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law and as a First-Year Legal Writing Fellow.
