About

TEDxPrinceton arrives on February 5, 2026, and this year's speakers will present ideas that hold their shape only when seen from more than one frame. The theme for this inaugural year is Both WAVE and Particle.

Most things can’t be understood through a single lens. Light doesn’t shift to become a wave or a particle—it is both, and appears differently depending on how we observe it, with each method exposing something the other conceals.

TEDx is about making ideas visible that reorganize how people see. The talks from this event should help reshape how people interpret the systems, conflicts, or questions they thought they understood.

TEDxPrinceton 2026 is the home for ideas that resist flattening because each angle reveals a part the others miss. We are interested in ideas whose truth emerges when conflicting frames are held together and do not necessarily resolve.
